It is an ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certified multi-disciplined company dealing in Mining (Opencast & Underground), Industrial Infrastructure Building, Hospitality, Quality Education, hospitality, residential towers & Community Services. Over 28 years of its existence the Group has developed competence to handle comprehensive mining (Underground & Opencast) & large infrastructure building projects.

1993 S.K. Khetan Group was established and commenced operations as a Civil contractor and attained status as a proprietary firm with ‘AA’ class government contractor rating.

2011 S.K. Khetan Group incorporated as a registered company titled S.K. Khetan Infraprojects Pvt. Limited under Company Act,1956 on 22nd June’2011.

As a step towards diversification of business, Group entered into the mining business as a service provider for Open cast mine excavation & transportation. Company received its first service contract for excavation & transportation for opencast mines of Western Coal Field (WCL) in Nagpur area.

The Opencast mining activity got further expanded by entering into excavation & internal transportation of lime stone for the Asia’s biggest Limestone mine at Pindwara (Sirohi) Rajasthan of M/s Ultratech Cement.

2017, S.K. Khetan Infraprojects Limited entered into Underground Mining Projects and bagged first Mine Raising Contract for mine development & production from West Mochia mechanized underground Pb-Zn mine of M/s Hindustan Zinc Limited (A Vedanta Group Company). Contract  running successfully since last four years with an exponential growth in annual production from 0.40 Million tonnes to 1.40 Million tonnes.

2020 Company bagged another underground mine raising contract for Kayad Mine (Ajmer) of M/s Hindustan Zinc limited (A Vedanta Group company) @ 1.0 Million tonnes /annum production capacity under MDO model of operations.

2021 Very recently, Company has been awarded Decline development contract at Rajpura Dariba Mine of M/s Hindustan Zinc Limited.

Recognizing S K Khetan Group’s services, Vedanta Resources plc has accredited the Group with “Vedanta Chairman Award” for ‘Best Performing Business Partner’
